Getting Started

Start by signing in to the web portal where you can access your cloud storage, you can also download our apps to access your files on your devices.

Within the web portal you can select a file and choose the share menu option and enter the email addresses of people you would like to share a file with.

Account & Billing

Go to the account and billing portal where you can modify your existing subscription

You will not be able to upload new files and synchronisation will be paused until you remove files. You will not be charged extra fees.

You can cancel your subscription at the account and billing portal, you will have access to your account and files until the end of your billing term at which point you will lose access and your files will be deleted.

Credit/debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.
